Her Mystic Arts Passive increases her own Magic Attack, whereas her Divine Power Passive increases all allies' Shock Resistance at the start of the battle as well restores their HP at the start of combat.
Isolde is a popular choice as Healer early into Game Service, being one of several units able to cast a Damage Reduction buff. This coupled with Galahad’s buff and Damage Reduction Pets such as Esteria make for a very comfortable progression.
However, once damage reduction on gear and pets started to become plentiful, it became much easier for the 50% cap on Damage Reduction to be reached, allowing players to swap her out for an offensive Healer like Ria, or more healing focus like Guinevere.
Isolde still remains a solid option for Healer regardless, and sees use in most PvE stages across all stages of the game.
With the newly released Game Mode of Brawl which is similar to Stonehenge but in a much higher level scenario, Art of Healing card has shown a lot of usage to help out with survivability on higher mob count scenarios.
This essentially allows you to focus more on offensive team building with the help of a single card that can heal you per wave.
