Overview

Strengths

  • Very powerful ramping buffs, strong performance in long drawn-out fights.
  • Burn generally has a very high uptime alongside Shock.
  • Has very strong burst damage windows; the vast majority of current bosses do not have Burn immunity.
  • Cute Shy Girlfailure.

Weaknesses

  • Running a source of Burn is mandatory.
  • Does not do well in short fights or if enemies die too fast.

Her Passive 1 increases her damage to Burned Enemies and applies a stacking buff that increases her Ultimate and Active Skill Damage, which further increases her ATK Amp at 50 stacks.

Both her Ultimate and Active Skills deal AOE damage to all enemies, dealing additional Damage and reducing the cooldown on her Active skill if the enemies are Burned. Her Passive 2 increases her Critical Damage and her own Critical Hit Rate.

Karishara is the long-awaited Burn-type main DPS, and she does not disappoint.

Being able to ramp up boatloads of Skill Damage and ATK AMP from her passive, Karishara is the very definition of a bona fide raid DPS, promising top performances in the Vivien and Morgan Le Fay (Physical Resistance) raids.

Karishara is also capable of resetting the cooldown on her powerful Active skill, allowing her to basically spam it after every other basic attack. Karishara’s kit is very powerful, but she is unable to access any of it without a source of Burn.

This practically means she must be paired with Cristina in every comp featuring her.

While Cristina’s support kit is very potent, Karishara comps are very likely to run into 5 slot syndrome, having only 3 flexible slots to include sustain and other powerful support/ buff/ cc effects.

This also diminishes Karishara’s potential performance in PvE situations, as dead enemies do not carry Burns for Karishara to ramp off. Karishara’s card, Burning Affection, applies a fairly powerful Ignore Damage Reduction buff as long as the holder is about the set HP threshold.

There are many better cards to consider than this.
