While she is known more for her card, Circe has found a niche as a CC support in raids, specifically the Watcher Daily raid. With short cooldowns on her Active skill, Circe is able to provide constant Fear debuffs to interrupt dangerous enemy attacks.

While Circe is a decent option for an AoE DPS, she lags behind the other options whether in terms of pure DPS or providing utility to the team. She’s also innately squishy, leaving her susceptible to being blown up in PvP before she can apply her Fear debuffs.

Circe’s card, Carpe Diem, is one of the best cards for Healers. The attack reduction is valuable in most stages especially when pushing for harder stages with tougher enemies due to level gap.
