Lucy is a Fear-oriented melee DPS. Her Ultimate skill deals damage to all enemies and inflicts additional damage to those inflicted with Feared. Her Active Skill is the same as her Ultimate skill but with lower multipliers and an additional Defense debuff (Max 2 stacks).

Her War Cry Passive increases her Critical Damage whereas her Eclipse Passive increases her HP and Critical Hit Rate. Despite being the beneficiary of no less than 2 balance patches, Lucy still sees no action in any content.
She does have decent DMG, and currently one of the biggest Defense reduction debuffs in the game. She might be good paired with Circe in the Watcher raid, but currently recorded attempts are about as non existent as her pants. Lucy’s Card Sturdy Strength is used by Melee DPS.
It increases user’s Attack on by up to 5% (20 stacks max) upon killing enemies whereas its Stat Lines increases users Melee Attack. There are better Melee DPS Cards available and there's only so many Melee units you can run in a team.
