Overview

Strengths

  • Divine Shield is +20% damage reduction for 20s on a 20s cooldown, full DR uptime when the rotation is clean.
  • Heal Wind restores 331% Attack to all allies on a 30s ultimate; Mystic Arts adds +88% Magic Attack to feed that coefficient.
  • Divine Power opens every fight with +50% Shock Resistance and a 4% max-HP heal across the party.

Weaknesses

  • Raid healer rank is C: no revive, no Attack amp, and a 331% ult that is small next to dedicated raid restores.
  • Damage reduction is the whole pitch; content that ignores DR or outpaces it leaves her as a soft heal bot.
  • Passive 2 is shock-resist niche; many PVE threats never touch that axis.

Extra copies

Extras feed Transcend before the card if she is your story healer. Past a working rotation, more copies only fatten the heal and DR numbers.

Transcend stop

T0 is enough to field the full kit. Climb toward T3 or T5 only if you want larger heals and a stronger damage-reduction buff.

Isolde is a 5★ Nature Healer in the back line. She does not revive, she does not amp Attack, and she does not carry with shields. She keeps Damage Reduction up and tops the party off. Tier list: S Healer in PVE, A in Brawl, B in PVP, C in Raids. Story content loves permanent DR; raid timers want bigger heals and offensive buffs.

Divine Shield is the kit. At Transcend 5 it gives all allies Damage Reduction +20% for 20 seconds on a 20s cooldown. Perfect casts mean the buff never drops. Skill priority puts Active first for exactly that reason. Miss the window and the party suddenly takes full damage. Heal Wind, the ultimate, recovers HP equal to 331% of Attack for all allies on a 30s cooldown. That number is modest; it is a top-off, not a panic reset.

Mystic Arts (Passive 1) is Magic Attack +88% on herself, which feeds both the 331% ult and any magic-scaling heal math on her sheet. Priority ties Passive 1 with Ultimate behind the Active. Divine Power (Passive 2) triggers at battle start: Shock Resistance +50% for all allies and an immediate heal of 4% of each ally's Max HP. Useful against shock comps; dead weight otherwise, hence last in priority.

Named gear matches other healers here: Aquarius (Attack %), Merlins Robe (Block %, Crit Res %), Glory of the Empire (HP %), Rune of Healing (HP). Cards: Carpe Diem (Circe) and Rose Flame (Cristina). Attack still matters because Heal Wind is Attack-scaled; HP keeps the backline alive.

Compared with Guinevere on the same Frost/Nature healer band, Isolde trades the revive and the huge 828% panic heal for permanent DR uptime and a cheaper ultimate cycle. That trade wins story and daily clears where nobody dies if damage is cut 20%. It loses raids where a single mechanic deletes someone and you need Utopian Realm of Logres, not another Divine Shield tick.

She is a clean PVE heal lock when you need DR uptime and a Nature healer slot filled. Park at T0 for the full toolkit, or push higher only for heal and DR scaling. Do not take her into raid comps that need a revive (Guinevere's job) or an Attack amp tank. The C raid rank is the kit admitting 20% DR and a 331% heal are not a raid identity.
