Overview

Strengths

  • Charm is a permanent field debuff: Attack Reduction 10% and Attack Speed Reduction 10% on every enemy.
  • Art of Frenzy and Glamour both gain +25% damage per buff stack on the target, so padded enemies become the nuke window.
  • Sadism ramps Attack +2% per hit (max 50) and Critical Hit Rate +2.5% per hit (max 10) on short 2s stacks. A full bar is +100% Attack and +25% crit rate.

Weaknesses

  • Raid Support is C and PVE sits at B: the kit does not hand the party Attack amp or shields, only a slow and self-scaling hits.
  • Frenzy/Glamour bonus needs buffs on the enemy; clean targets take the base 783%/520% only.
  • Middle position with no immortality means she eats cleave that a true front tank would have blocked.

Investment

Extra copies

Prioritize the character card ahead of Transcend. Elgrad Sword Art Journal does more for her mid-game than an early skill-level bump, then climb Transcend once the card is locked.

Transcend stop

Still finish Transcend 5 after the card. That is the stop for Sadism caps and the Frenzy/Glamour multipliers.

Lilith is a Chaos Knight in the middle row who wins by slowing the enemy team and punishing buffed targets. Brawl and PVP rate her S as Support (A/B as DPS). PVE is B on both roles, and Raid Support falls to C. She is a control mid, not a raid buffer.

Charm is the support argument. It applies Attack Reduction 10% and Attack Speed Reduction 10% to all enemies: always on, no cooldown. That alone is why arena and brawl want her. Skill priority is Passive 2 = Passive 1 > Active = Ultimate, so Charm and Sadism come before the buttons.

Damage scales off the enemy's buff count. Art of Frenzy hits everyone for 783% Attack and gains +25% damage per buff stack on the target (33s cooldown). Glamour hits front enemies for 520% Attack with the same +25% per buff stack rule on a 14s cooldown. Against a heavily buffed frontline she spikes; against a stripped target she is just those base numbers. Sadism is the self-ramp: each hit grants Attack +2% (max 50) and Critical Hit Rate +2.5% (max 10) for 2s. Fully stacked that is +100% Attack and +25% crit rate, but the short duration means she has to keep swinging.

Gear is Fragarach (Attack%, Crit DMG%), Merlins Robe (Block%, Crit Res%), Glory of the Empire (HP%), and Rune of Focus (Crit DMG%, HP%). Middle row still eats splash, so the HP% lines are there to keep Sadism stacks alive rather than to turn her into a main tank. Synergy callout is Dian Cecht. The listed card is Elgrad Sword Art Journal (Lua), which matches the card-first investment path. Lock the card, then push Transcend through T5.

She fails PVE expectations when the roster needed a healer amp or a shield instead of a 10% Attack Slow. Raid bosses that refuse buff stacks also mute Frenzy and Glamour. In Brawl and PVP, open with Glamour on a buffed front and hold Art of Frenzy for the densest stack count you can see; Charm is doing support work the whole time whether or not the nukes crit. Build her for Brawl/PVP support first, accept B-tier PVE damage, and do not force her into Raid Support over a dedicated buffer.
