Overview

Strengths

  • Heal Wind is a true party heal at 310% Attack plus a small Healing Received buff, so the ultimate at least hits everyone.
  • Heal All covers three allies for 74% Attack on a 12s cooldown, usable emergency topping in early content.
  • Three-star copies are common; finishing her kit costs almost nothing if you somehow need a warm body.

Weaknesses

  • Healing Received +3% for 12s and Healing +6% self are rounding-error buffs next to real support kits.
  • D across PVE, Raids, Brawl, and PVP. No mode currently wants her in a serious slot.
  • Focus is only +6% Critical Hit Resistance; she brings almost no party durability beyond the raw heals.

Extra copies

Do not spend scarce resources on her. If extras drop, park them for a cheap awaken only after real healers are finished.

Transcend stop

Skip unless you are clearing a collection goal. T5 numbers stay too small to change her D-tier seat.

Rachel is a 3★ Nature Healer in the middle row. The kit is honest and small. She heals. She does not buff Attack, does not shield, and does not carry a mode on the tier list. Read her as a tutorial restore button that happens to stay on the roster, not as a sleeper support waiting for Transcend.

Heal Wind at T5 restores 310% Attack HP to all allies, applies Healing Received +3% for 12 seconds, and waits 38 seconds to come back. The party-wide heal is the best line she has; the received-healing buff is almost cosmetic next to supports who hand out double-digit Attack or Crit Damage. A 38s cooldown also means she cannot be your only answer to sustained raid pressure: one ult, then a long stretch of hope. Heal All is the active: 74% Attack restore to three allies every 12s. That cadence is fine for early-game topping when three people are chipped, and invisible next to five-star healer actives that either hit the full party harder or attach a real buff to the restore.

Heal (Passive 1) is Healing +6% on herself. Focus (Passive 2) is Critical Hit Resistance +6% on herself. Neither moves a clear. There is no skill-priority string in the brief because there is nothing to prioritize beyond “press the heal when someone is low.” Compare that to a buffer-healer whose passives rewrite the party sheet. Rachel’s passives rewrite her own healing by a rounding error and give her a crumb of crit resistance.

No named gear, synergy partners, or cards are listed for her on this site. That matches the tier placement: D Healer in PVE, Raids, Brawl, and PVP. She exists so early accounts have a restore button and so the roster has a Nature healer portrait. She is not a project. Putting Attack% gear on her inflates Heal Wind a little; it still will not invent an identity the skill list never wrote.

If you are still in the first hours of the game and she is your only multi-target heal, use her. The moment a real healer, or a hybrid support who also heals, shows up, move Rachel to the bench and leave her there. Extra copies and Transcend ranks do not invent an Attack buff, a shield, or a crit amp. Save the investment for units whose T5 lines actually change clears, and treat Rachel as a completed collection checkbox rather than a build path.
