Overview

Strengths

  • Course Meal is a party Attack +75% for 10s on a 28s cooldown, one of the largest Attack amp ults in the healer row.
  • Support passive is a permanent Critical Damage +70% to all allies at T5; every crit on the team pays rent to her.
  • Amenity adds another Attack +40% for 10s every 20s, so the amp uptime is a rotation, not a once-per-fight button.

Weaknesses

  • Class is only self Defense +88%. She pads her own bulk, not the party’s armor floor.
  • PVP at B reflects short fights that clip Course Meal and Amenity windows before they recycle.
  • Kit is buff-first; if your carries cannot crit, the +70% Crit Damage aura is half-wasted.

Extra copies

Feed extras into Transcend before the card. Skill ranks on Course Meal, Amenity, and Support move the whole party’s damage sheet.

Transcend stop

T0 is already a usable stop for the buff identity; T3 and T5 are optional breakpoints when you want fuller Attack and Crit Damage ranks.

Ria is filed as a Fire Healer in the back line, but the T5 kit plays like a pure Attack / Crit Damage buffer. She is the reason your carries’ numbers look inflated, not because she outheals every spike on the skill card, but because she rewrites the party’s offensive sheet every fight. Draft her as amp first, restore second.

Course Meal is the ult: all allies gain Attack +75% for 10s, 28s cooldown. That is a massive amp window by healer-row standards. Amenity, the active, is Attack +40% for 10s on a 20s cooldown. Stagger them and the team spends a large share of the fight under a double-digit Attack buff. Amenity covers the gaps, Course Meal is the spike. Skill priority Passive 2 = Ultimate = Active > Passive 1 is the brief saying the Crit Damage aura and the two Attack buttons matter more than her personal Defense passive.

Support at T5 is the sleeper carry: Critical Damage +70% to all allies, always on. Every critting DPS in the party scales off that line whether or not an Attack window is currently up. That is why Brawl rates her S+. The aura does not care about ult timing. Class is Defense +88% on herself only: useful so the buffer does not fold to stray AoE, irrelevant to the party’s armor floor. Build her to stay alive and keep pressing Amenity / Course Meal, not to solo-tank or replace a real Defense aura knight.

Gear named for her: Aquarius (Attack %), Merlins Robe (Block %, Crit Res %), Glory of the Empire (HP %), Rune of Healing (HP). Attack% on the weapon and HP on accessory/rune are about keeping the buffer upright so the amp rotation never drops; Block and Crit Res on the robe are the same idea. Cards Carpe Diem (Circe) and Rose Flame (Cristina) fit a backline support plan. No synergy list is required. She is the synergy piece other DPS kits assume.

Tiers: S Support / Healer in PVE and Raids, S+ in Brawl, B in PVP. Long PVE and raid fights recycle both Attack windows; Brawl loves the permanent Crit Damage aura. PVP often ends before the second Course Meal, which is the gap between S+ and B. Investment is Transcend-first with a soft stop at T0 (she already does the job unlocked) and T3 / T5 when you want the Attack and Crit Damage ranks fully stacked. Pair her with crit-capable carries and the +70% aura stops being theoretical.
