Overview

Strengths

  • Blade Slash hits all enemies and applies a small Critical Resistance shred, so the ult at least has a party-facing debuff.
  • Quick Step covers the frontline on a 12s cooldown for early-game wave chip.
  • Three-star copies cost nothing; she can fill a Fire front hole for a day without investment drama.

Weaknesses

  • Blade Slash is only 344% Attack on a 38s cooldown with Critical Resistance -4% for 5s. Neither line threatens endgame content.
  • Insight is Critical Hit Rate +2%; that is a rounding error, not a DPS engine.
  • D across PVE, Raids, Brawl, and PVP with no gear, cards, or synergy listed for a reason.

Extra copies

Do not invest scarce extras. Awaken only for collection or a temporary early-story front slot.

Transcend stop

Skip Transcend for meta teams. Max ranks do not lift her out of the D tier.

Rita is a 3★ Fire Knight in the front row. Short kit, small numbers, no hidden raid identity. She exists so new accounts have a Fire melee button and so the element filter is not empty. Do not confuse “has an AoE ult with a debuff” with “has a build path.”

Blade Slash at T5 deals 344% Attack to all enemies, applies Critical Resistance -4% for 5 seconds, and sits on a 38s cooldown. The shred is real text and still too small and too short to draft around. A five-second -4% will not move party DPS charts the way a permanent Defense aura or a double-digit Attack amp does. The long cooldown also means you get one board hit per fight phase and then watch basics. Quick Step is the active: 142% Attack to all front enemies every 12s. That is early-wave chip against soft trash, not a tool for bosses or Brawl openers.

The lone passive in the brief, Insight, is Critical Hit Rate +2% on herself. There is no second passive with an Attack% engine, no party Defense aura, no Shock or Restraint hook, no shield. No skill priority, gear, synergy, or cards are listed. The build page has nothing to recommend because the kit does not ask for a plan. Stacking Crit DMG on a unit with +2% crit rate is mostly theater.

Tier list placement is flat D DPS in PVE, Raids, Brawl, and PVP. She can stand in front while you progress the opening chapters or fill a Fire requirement on a low-stakes stage. She cannot justify Fragarach-tier gear, Transcend materials, or a permanent slot once any five-star Fire or Holy knight arrives, including other budget options that at least bring a meaningful aura.

Park her the moment a real frontliner shows up. Extra copies and Transcend ranks polish a 344% ult that still will not clear late content. Save the resources for knights whose passives actually rewrite the party’s damage or survival sheet, and treat Rita as a temporary front warm body rather than a Fire DPS project worth a build page.
