Overview

Strengths

  • Abyss Impact at Transcend 5 hits all enemies for 483% Attack and applies Fear that roots them for 3 seconds.
  • Witch's Breath is a 12s-cycle AoE that deals 222% Attack and applies Defense −20% for 8 seconds.
  • Lifesteal refunds 3% of damage dealt, so she chips her own bar back in long clears.

Weaknesses

  • Tier list parks her at D Support across PVE, Raids, Brawl, and PVP. She is not a long-term roster lock.
  • No Attack, crit, or party buff passives; personal damage stays thin next to five-star wizards.
  • Fear on a 36s cooldown is too slow to define a control plan once better rooters and amp supports arrive.

Investment

Extra copies

Do not spend limited pulls on extras. If she drops from the four-star pool, one copy for collection or early content is enough.

Transcend stop

Leave her at whatever Transcend she arrives with. Raising a D-tier support past T0 is a bad use of duplicate fodder.

Rowena is a 4★ Chaos wizard in the back line. The kit is short and readable: one fear nuke, one defense shred on a short cycle, and a tiny lifesteal passive. She fills a Support slot when the account has nothing better, then exits the moment a real buffer or controller shows up.

Abyss Impact is the signature. At Transcend 5 it deals 483% of Attack to all enemies and applies Fear that roots them for 3 seconds, on a 36s cooldown. The control is real for early PVE waves and clumsy AI fights, but a half-minute gap means you get one window per fight phase, not a lockdown plan.

Witch's Breath is the skill she actually presses. 222% Attack to all enemies, Defense −20% for 8 seconds, 12s cooldown. That is the only team contribution that stays relevant after her fear falls off, a modest shred that helps whoever is actually dealing damage. It does not stack with modern amp kits in a way that keeps her in endgame clears.

Lifesteal recovers HP equal to 3% of damage inflicted. It keeps her from dying to chip in long stages, nothing more. There is no Attack passive, no crit line, and no party Attack or damage buff. Personal DPS stays in four-star territory even at T5 numbers.

The tier list rates her D Support in PVE, Raids, Brawl, and PVP. That placement matches the kit: usable while you are still building a roster, then replaced by five-star supports who bring larger shreds, better control uptime, or actual damage amp. No named gear, synergy, or card list is worth chasing for her on this site. Put those resources on units that stay on the board.

Compared with later Chaos or control options, Abyss Impact’s 3s Fear on a 36s cycle is a single beat, not a rotation. Witch's Breath’s −20% Defense is honest support math, but without Attack amp, crit share, or a second shred layer she never becomes the reason a clear succeeds. Treat her as a temporary backline until a five-star support arrives.

If she is your only Chaos backliner on day one, run her for the fear and the 20% Defense cut. Plan the swap early. Transcend and character-card investment belong elsewhere.
