Overview

Strengths

  • Rain of Arrows deals 195% Attack to front enemies and has a 50% chance to Root for 3.5s on an 11s cooldown.
  • Starlight Wish recovers 504% of Attack to all allies on a 20s cooldown: a full-party heal on a four-star frame.
  • Heal passive tops up the lowest-HP ally for 60% of Attack when their HP drops to 40%.

Weaknesses

  • D across Support and Healer in PVE, Raids, Brawl, and PVP. She does not hold a competitive backline slot.
  • Root is a coin flip at 50%, so control is inconsistent even when the active is up.
  • Training only adds +46% Ranged Attack; she has no team Attack or amp buff to justify a permanent slot.

Put extras into Transcend before the character card. Skill levels are what raise Root reliability and heal size on this kit.

Stop at Transcend 5. That is where skill levels finish boosting Root chance and healing output enough to matter on a four-star.

Bedivere is a four-star Nature archer who sits in the back and splits her time between a chance-based Root and party healing. She is filed as both Support and Healer on the tier list, and both columns read D in PVE, Raids, Brawl, and PVP. That is not a hidden sleeper rating. It is a budget utility unit for accounts that need a root or a heal and do not have five-star options yet.

Rain of Arrows is the skill you care about. At Transcend 5 it deals 195% Attack to all enemies in front, with a 50% chance to apply Root for 3.5 seconds, on an 11s cooldown. Skill priority puts Active first for a reason: the Root is the only crowd-control lever in the kit, and Transcend skill levels are how you make that coin flip less painful. It is still a coin flip. Plan around 50%, not around locked boards. Against single elites the miss rate hurts less because you only needed one root; against full waves you will watch half the line keep walking.

Starlight Wish is the ultimate heal: 504% of Attack recovered to all allies on a 20s cooldown. That is a real party heal button on a four-star frame, and it is why she shows up in the Healer column at all. Heal, her Passive 2, watches the ally with the lowest HP and, when they hit the 40% threshold, recovers 60% of Attack as current HP: a safety net, not a rotation. Training is Passive 1: +46% Ranged Attack on herself. That is personal damage, not a team buffer. She does not bring the Attack auras five-star supports use to justify a permanent seat. Priority after Active is Passive 1, then Ultimate, then Passive 2, which matches a kit that wants the Root online first and the big heal second.

Vivien is the synergy name listed next to her, and Charm is the card that shows up in the brief. There is no named weapon, armor, accessory, or rune package. She is not a gear project. Stack whatever Attack you have so Starlight Wish and the emergency Heal scale; do not farm a premium set for a D-tier seat. If you run her, Transcend to T5 so Root and heals are at full skill level, then replace her the moment a real support or healer arrives.

She is fine for early content when you need someone who can both poke the front line and top the party off. She is not a long-term investment once five-star backliners are on the roster. The D placements are the ceiling, not a temporary label.
