Lisa is a Chaos Archer in the middle row whose kit is a mark-and-detonate loop. PVE, Raids, and PVP all rate her S as DPS. Brawl is the outlier at C. Give her time to stack Envy and she deletes waves; truncate the fight and she looks like a medium AoE archer.
Whispers of Jealousy is the identity. Every attack applies an Envy mark; at 6 or more stacks the target takes an extra hit equal to 666% Attack, the mark is unremovable during its 1s window, and stacks reset. Skill priority is Passive 1 = Passive 2 > Ultimate = Active because those detonations are the real DPS, not the Active's base number. Apostle of Envy keeps the sheet honest: Attack +88%, Critical Hit Chance +15%, and Attack Speed +25% so marks apply faster.
Feast of Jealousy is the timing button. It hits all enemies for 1152% Attack and grants an unremovable Passive Skill Damage +300% for 2s on a 32s cooldown. Land Envy detonations inside that window and the 666% hits get the passive amp. Miss the window and you still get the marks, just without the triple passive multiplier. Bloodstained Scar is the filler, 342% Attack to all enemies every 6s, useful for stacking marks, not for carrying the parse alone.
Gear leans damage: Mechanical Crossbow (Attack%, Crit DMG%), Warrior Armor (Block%, Crit Res%), Destruction Favor, and Rune of Focus (Crit DMG%). Apostle already covers Attack, crit rate, and attack speed, so the gear sheet can greed Crit DMG% without rebuilding her identity. Synergy callout is Galahad. Investment is card-first unless Sagittarius is already owned, in which case Transcend jumps ahead of the card. Either route parks at Transcend 5. Practical play is simple: keep Bloodstained Scar on cooldown to feed marks, then fire Feast of Jealousy when several targets are one or two stacks from detonation so the 300% passive amp catches the 666% hits. Do not force her into Brawl as a primary carry. The mark count and ult timer need a fight that lasts long enough for at least one clean Feast window. Everywhere else she is a top-end Chaos DPS lock.
