Overview

Strengths

  • Nightmare hits all enemies for 912% Attack and applies Fear for 4s on a 34s cooldown.
  • Dark Explosion is a 12s Fear button: 370% Attack to all enemies plus 1.5s Fear for frequent locks.
  • Witch at Transcend 5 is +88% Magic Attack and +10% Status Effect Resistance on a control mage who needs to stay casting.

Weaknesses

  • Fear Resistance on the enemy side deletes her job; PVP sits at C for both DPS and Support.
  • Awakening only adds +18% Critical Hit Chance. She is not a self-sufficient crit carry.
  • Utility is complete at low Transcend; further investment is bulk and personal damage, not new buttons.

Investment

Extra copies

Lock in her character card before spending extras on Transcend. The card is the upgrade that matters; the kit's Fear tools are already online early.

Transcend stop

Transcend 0 is enough for full Fear utility at Level 3 skills. Climb higher only if you want the bulk and personal DPS from later ranks.

Circe is a Chaos wizard in the back row who wins fights by turning the enemy team off. Fear is the product. Damage numbers exist so the Fear skills are not empty casts, but the reason she has a roster slot is the lockout, not a burn profile or a team Attack aura.

Nightmare, the ultimate, deals 912% Attack to all enemies and applies Fear for 4 seconds on a 34s cooldown. Dark Explosion, the active, is the uptime tool: 370% Attack to all enemies, Fear for 1.5 seconds, 12s cooldown. Together they are a long Fear spike and a frequent Fear tap. Skill priority ties Passive 2 with Passive 1 above the actives because the passives keep her alive and hitting while the Fear buttons cycle.

Witch at Transcend 5 is +88% Magic Attack and +10% Status Effect Resistance. Magic Attack feeds both Fear skills; status resistance helps her keep casting when the other side throws control back. Awakening is +18% Critical Hit Chance: useful, not transformative. She does not bring party amp; Lucy and Galahad are the synergy names when you want her Fear glued to a real damage core.

Tier placement follows content that respects Fear. She is A Support in Raids with B DPS, B for both roles in PVE and Brawl, and C in PVP where Fear Resistance and short windows punish a pure lock kit. That split is the review: bring her when enemies can be feared, bench her when they cannot.

Gear listed for her is Domination (Attack % / crit damage), Warrior Armor (block / crit resist), Glory of the Empire (HP %), and Rune of Focus (crit damage). Cards that show up beside the kit are Water Dragon's Blessing, Madness, and Charm. Build enough Attack and survivability that Nightmare and Dark Explosion keep landing; do not rebuild her as a pure glass carry.

Pull the card if you want her Fear on demand. Leave Transcend at the floor unless you enjoy her and want the later bulk. The control kit does not unlock a new mode past Level 3 skills.
