Overview

Strengths

  • Blizzard at T5 is 690% Attack to all enemies plus a 3s Frozen lockout, full-board CC on a 36s cooldown.
  • Mana Amplification is a clean +46% Magic Attack at T5, so the freeze nuke is not completely empty.
  • Four-star awaken cost is low; T5 stats and skill levels are cheap compared to a five-star project.

Weaknesses

  • No active skill in the kit. Rotation is ultimate plus basics, so damage between Blizzards is thin.
  • PVE, Raids, and PVP all sit at D; outside Brawl she is a freeze button, not a DPS seat.
  • Snowflower's Blessing is +60% Burn Resistance only: niche defense that does nothing against most content.

Investment

Extra copies

Feed extras into Transcend before the card. Four-stars awaken cheaply, and skill levels on Blizzard and Mana Amplification are the whole kit.

Transcend stop

Take her to T5 / Awaken. The freeze duration and Magic Attack passive both want the final skill ranks.

Nymue is a 4★ Frost Wizard in the middle row with a short kit and a clear niche. She freezes the board. She does not clear PVE ladders or raid DPS checks. Build her when you need Frozen, not when you need a main wizard.

Blizzard is the entire offensive package. At T5 it deals 690% Attack to all enemies, applies Frozen (no actions) for 3 seconds, and sits on a 36s cooldown. That is a long wait between casts, so the value is the lockout, not the damage line. In Brawl, where a three-second full freeze can swing a round, she earns the A DPS tag. In story PVE, raids, and PVP she is D. The same freeze is either too slow to recycle or not worth the party slot versus dedicated damage.

There is no active skill in the briefed kit. Between ultimates she is basics plus passives. Mana Amplification at T5 is Magic Attack +46% on herself, the one number that makes Blizzard less pathetic when it finally comes off cooldown. Skill priority Passive 1 > Ultimate = Passive 2 is correct: bank the Magic Attack first, then the freeze, then the resistance line.

Snowflower's Blessing is Burn Resistance +60%. It is a real passive, and it is also almost never the reason you pick her. Against burn-heavy enemies it is a nice free pad; against everything else it is dead text. Do not invent a generalist tank role from it.

Synergy names in the brief are Kay and Lua: partners that either extend control or cover the damage she refuses to do. Cards called out are Water Dragon's Blessing (Merlin) and Madness (Vivien). No named gear set is listed for her on this site; treat her as a budget control piece and put real weapons on the carries she is freezing for.

Investment is straightforward for a four-star: Transcend over card, stop at T5 / awaken. Cheap copies make full skill ranks realistic. She will not graduate into an S-tier wizard when awakened. She graduates into a reliable Brawl freeze button with a finished Magic Attack passive. Keep expectations there and she is a fine bench pull. Expect her to replace a five-star Frost DPS in raids and you will be disappointed every clear.
